Carpentersville is hosting a training for swift water rescue
In conjunction with Division 2 at the Carpentersville dam crews will complete the following objectives
-Active swimming
-Highline Applications
-Rope bag throwing
-Boat Ops
-Boat rigging
-RDC deployment
